Developed strategy and implemented automation framework that allowed team to achieve 80% coverage from ground up on vSphere’s highly- scalable, automated regression test suite using industry standard tools. Trained, guided and mentored entire automation team, including members from offshore locations.

·               Managed VMWare’s vSphere Client test automation, functional verification team and QA lab equipment including various storage systems, leading test strategy, design, planning, and prioritization of vSphere functional test projects.  Developed the initial automation framework and continuous integration.
