As Sr. Program Manager/Cloud Architect SME, I
support the U.S. Department of State (DoS) Information Resources Management
(IRM), Office of the Chief Architect (OCA) Foreign Affairs Network (FAN). My
duties include serving as contract lead managing a team of 13 (architects,
engineers, developers, analysis and project managers) resources supporting
the OCA FAN Cloud and Collaboration agenda.
As Sr. Cloud Architect SME my duties include
architecting, engineering, integrating and implementing various cloud
technologies for infrastructure, platform and software services; to include
Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, Wireless Citrix, and Google
Apps for Work, ServiceNow and Salesforce.

§ Architect the core AWS Cloud infrastructure,
as well as serving as point for developing cloud solutions and migrating
existing applications and systems from the on-premise location to the newly
