Application Development Manager

For Eyes Optical is a National Optical Manufacturing Company with more than 30 years in US market. It carries all major eyewear brands as well as the latest prescription lens technology.

As a Technology Leader I am responsible for managing the Software Development Team at ForEyes, overseeing Application Development, System Management, Cybersecurity and Third Party Integrations.

·   Lead a rapid response team, delivering critical features, and maintaining the uptime, security and stability of ForEyes largest revenue producing sites.

·   Supervise a team of software engineers responsible for maintaining ForEyes.com internet properties, securing and developing new features.

·   Supervise release engineers responsible for weekly software releases.

·   Conduct weekly negotiations between business and engineering teams, building consensus on the prioritization of bug fixes and feature requests.
