·   Guided analytics implementation in NCAA’s March Madness Live app, the #1 app in the Apple, Google Play, and Microsoft app stores during April 2014, achieving over 1 million concurrent video views at peek.

·   Corrected analytics reporting issues with CNN Android application related to improper Widget, Notifications, and Activity lifecycle integration for both Adobe Omniture and comScore.

·   Identified issue impacting NBA Game Time that was causing app traffic to be under-reported by 7%.

·   Guided and troubleshot issues with analytics implementation in Cartoon Network games created with Unity, including Powerpuff Girls, Ski Safari, CopaToon, and Mixels. Ultimate strategy required development of native plug-in for both Android and iOS. With Mixels, also guided analytics strategy for in-app payments.

Lead technical team through business transformation and re-organization project associated with Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Establishing multi-year strategic IT plan aligned with the business and positioned to capitalize on new business opportunities, including re-architecture of core platforms to leverage cloud computing, Internet, and mobile deliveries.

·   Lead Development, Engineering, Architecture and Business Intelligence teams consisting of 45 corporate employees plus multi-million dollar contracted onshore/offshore projects in U.S., Ukraine, and India.

Served in multiple technical management roles, each with increasing responsibilities.  Initially served in a technical development role working on the AACTS™ RealTime Federal Accrual product and quickly promoted to lead the technical delivery of AACTS International Compliance (IC) product – a project that comprised over 30 personnel and was over-budget and late when appointed.  After successful delivery of IC, promoted to lead newly formed Common Modules group, deliver WorkBooks product, and serve as AACTS 32-Bit Migration Project Manager, a position requiring matrix management of over 60 personnel.  Ultimately, promoted to lead the research and development efforts for Internet projects and strategy.
