Retained through NinthBall to turnaround failed attempt by external vendor to design and deliver the General Education Development Management System (GEDMS) aligned with the functional and reporting needs of the Department of Maryland General Education Development Department. Hold responsibility for $1M budget in a weak matrix organizational structure.

        Developed and delivered a Comprehensive UML Software Model that accurately reflects the business of the GED Program Office and the GEDMS two months ahead of schedule, achieving $200K in savings. Led Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to capture and create WireFrames, Use Case Diagrams, Use Cases, and Conceptual Data Models.

        Built critical relationships and gained trust from customer to support $15M program to replace 2 systems and manual processes with a fully integrated and automated GED credentialing and reporting system.
