Infospace Internet and Enterprise networks worldwide mostly running OSPF as
their IGP and BGP for the MPLS and Internet peering. Migrated the customer
services at their New Jersey data center to AWS. This involved network,
security and infrastructure configuration setup for Amazon’s EC2, S3, Route53 and CloudFront services. I provided network
support for all production services - network troubleshooting, root cause
analysis, design and implementation of long-term solutions. Performance and capacity planning: auditing,
monitoring, analyzing and reconfiguration of network environments for
performance improvements and future scalability. Documentation of network
engineering processes and procedures for network release planning, testing

group. My responsibilities included. Network design, architecture,
implementation and trouble shooting of complex VLAN, STP, VTP, Trunking, ISL,
802.1q, switching infrastructure within the MLS environment. I was also
responsible for escalation to field support and higher levels. I acted as the
escalation point for various devices that support Network Management,
Performance Management, Traffic Shaping, Bandwidth Management, and IP Address
Management. I identified and recommended the right products and services to
suit the customer’s business needs. I was responsible for allocating and
configuration of IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for the customers. I was involved in
the design and implementation of HSRP, VRRP, GLBP and Load balancers. I

daily tasks included configuring and troubleshooting of networking protocols
