of the Network Integration Center (NIC) management team. Direct line manager to 10-15 onshore engineers
and dotted line manager to up to 100 off-shore engineers. Hired, mentored and coached engineers on their
career goals and Ericsson's processes, tools and ways of working.
· Responsible for the resource structuring of the customer unit's team after department reorganization; a
blueprint that was adopted as the model for all customer units in the NIC
· Received recognition by the department's vice president for managing one of the largest network outages
in the department. Pulled in appropriate resources based on skillset to rectify the problem, determined
the root cause, and established advanced preventative measures.
o Followed up on implementation progress, as well as presented the analysis at high level internal
