As Implementation Leader, I lead a global team to define the operational support models, infrastructure architecture and business models for the Global Skills Initiative (GSI). I led the transformation of IBM’s Remote Lab Infrastructure that focused on enhanced scalability, serviceability and IT compliance.Throughout my assignment in Montpellier, France I also served as the escalation point for all of the IBM training lab-related issues in order to identify and resolve chronic or acute issues prior to the transition to the GSI model.I defined and implemented the business model for the IBM Remote Lab Platform and defined the infrastructure and operational strategy for a successful partner-centric training delivery business.In addition to my focus on remote lab delivery, I serve in a vital role for the definition of the overall architecture for the Global Skills Initiative.
