Conceived, designed, and built-out 16 colos
utilizing a “Colo-in-a-Kit” concept (CIK). The CIK standardized the cable
plant material and labor for colos totally 400,000 sq.ft. Partnered with key
vendors and reduced costs per collocation by $1million each ($16M savings for
16 total colos).

Implementing a global risk assessment model,
drove SAS70 Type II and ISO27001 certifications for 17 data centers
worldwide. Developed and implemented the required training at each data
center to self-sustain the certification initiative as part of the modus
operandi.

Hired and coached the staff to manage the
data center facility operations of the world’s largest data center in
Chicago. A $1B, 1M sq. ft., 120MW facility with capacity for 300,000 servers.
