I.T. Staff Engineer 4  | VMware, Inc., Wenatchee, Wa.  ▪ January, 2009 to Present

·              I am the onsite project manager for the second largest Hybrid Cloud in the world

·              I am the manager of our contract labor pool with a 6 man team that operates as a rapid deployment and break-fix solutions group.

·              Senior Technical Lead of technical operations team responsible for over 35,000 pieces of gear supporting 10,000 engineers worldwide

·              I am the onsite trainer for entry level and mid-level staff in the areas of break-fix, troubleshooting and problem resolution for all technologies.

·              Develop End-to-End workflow process to streamline deployments of equipment

·              Assisted in building out and bringing online a tier 2/3 datacenter.

·              Responsible for meeting production SLA’s, and ticket assignments to team members.
