• Served as senior engineer for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation VMware infrastructure; deployed and managed one

hundred VMware ESXi 5.5 / ESXi 5.1 hosts that support four hundred virtual machines; Oversaw and administered VMware

vCloud Automation Center 6.0 and VMware NSX 6.1.

• Served as technical lead for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General, Microsoft Office

365 migration; Supported the data center migration to the U.S. Department of Agriculture National Information Technology

Center.

• Served as technical lead for the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division’s SAN / VMware project; designed and integrated

the system layout for four Cisco MDS 9222i switches, four Cisco Catalyst 3750’s, two EMC VNX5500s, two EMC VNX5700s,

• Designed and configured two active/active Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 clusters in an effort to consolidate over 30 Microsoft SQL

instances on network; formed layouts for local Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 services and intersite Microsoft SQL database mirroring;

built MS SQL 2008 R2 clusters and established MS SQL 2008 R2 native database mirroring.

• Implemented kCura Relativity system for the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division; installed application servers;

integrated kCura Relativity with RSA for two-factor authentication; designed, planned, implemented, and tested completed results

for functionality.

• Supported the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority’s VMware ESX host upgrade from ESX4.1 to ESX5.0; designed plans

for the upgrade and tested the completed results for functionality.

U. S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION / BANNISTER DATACENTER RELOCATION AND DATACENTER RELOCATION PROJECT

• Technical project manager for physical servers, virtual servers and SANs migration from Region 2, Region 3, and Region 6 to

centralized architecture in newly built datacenter in Stennis, Mississippi.

• Designed the newly distributed Region 2 and Region 3 VMware architecture on Riverbed SteelFusion; installed and configured

VMware vCloud Automation Center 6.0.

• Technically project managed home directory solutions for enterprises that allowed users a faster access to home directory data after

migration from distributed architecture to centralized architecture in the newly built datacenter in Stennis, Mississippi.

• Liaison between OBXTek and the U.S. General Service Administration for Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenServer migration from

the distributed architecture to the centralized architecture in the newly built datacenter in Stennis, Mississippi.

Brocade switches.

• Oversaw and led Microsoft Exchange mailbox server storage augmentation to support 1,200 mailboxes; created a plan for project

implementation; tested the soundness of implementation after completion.

• Coordinated and led MirrorView SAN replication from the District of Columbia to Rockville, Maryland; created EMC SAN

snapshots and clones; administered and managed four EMC Clariion SANs; designed Microsoft SQL 2008 Cluster.
