·   Implemented storage architecture for SharePoint service delivery at GM thus a major deadlock was averted due to roll-out of another new platform.

The POS project is a Point of Sale implementation in using 3 tier client/server architecture using Power-builder, Tuxedo and  ORACLE 7.3. It will be used by all 5000+ Ryder dealers to Reserve trucks, dealership, customer and inventory management. Responsibility involved creating  the front-end application and integration with Tuxedo services. Also created a tool that was used automate integration functions.

WWCCS - Hewlett Packard PSD Account  - Sunnyvale, CA . 10/1997-04/1998

The WWCCS project is a customer support implementation in VANTIVE 7.0 using ORACLE 7.3. The world wide customer support system is used to support over 1200 HP representatives at their Boise, ID and Roseville, CA operations. The application is also the largest Vantive implementation worldwide with over 3000 concurrent users.

The CARE project is a Call Center implementation in SCOPUS 5.2 using Sybase 11.2 on Power PC RS/6000. It uses a Lucent Definity switch for CTI integration. This project also involved integration to legacy system using VT 3270. CARE project is designed to re-engineer VISA's call center operations for Credit Cards. Responsibility involved creating the datamodel and database administration requiring advanced skills for Er-Win and Sybase.

The scoping of ASTRO Web configurator is a strategic project scope designed to enable the sales staff configure a custom solution for CISCO clients.
