·               Delivered the cloud-based solution architecture to support an educational application as part of a multimillion dollar consulting win at a major retailer.  Responsible for creating the approach using shared services and infrastructure to address significant scalability and cost considerations

·               Defined key components of an enterprise IT Service Delivery strategy significantly reducing the cost of hosting business critical applications for a large HR outsourcer.  The revised strategy shifted application hosting from corporate owned data centers to cloud and co-location facilities

·               Developed a set of secure custom solutions to support critical business functions at a large technology company.  These solutions enabled the company to meet a regulatory deadline and successfully complete the divestiture of major business unit

·               Delivered an IT Strategy to significantly reduce costs for a large insurance company.  The cost saving approach efficiently allocated production and non-production workloads across geographically diverse data centers

·               Designed and lead implementation of a private cloud infrastructure for an Asset Management application enabling a large public utility to save $340K 

·               Designed IT Service Management processes to enabling a Department of Defense agency to significantly improve Enterprise Portfolio Management.  Improved processes include: solution delivery and compliance reporting. Delivered cost savings through the implementation of standard processes and tools among fifteen application development teams
