·   Oversee entire plans from initial concepts to finalized design.

·   Submit completed plans to City and County Offices.

·   Oversee all plans to keep within City and County Code Requirements, and Plan review Corrections.

·   Collaborated on the project with Sr. Planners, and worked jointly to research codes of other cities in preparation to present recommendations to City Council, so these codes can be approved and become part of future development.
