SURVEY Technical Specialist (Contingent based on temporary to permanent contract)

·   Presently developing Civil Land Survey projects and license Exhibits for the Survey Department

using AutoCAD Civil 3d 2012/2013/2014. Duties include the design of grading and topo models used for master base drawings on major projects, new and existing facility installations and site improvements. Calculate grade and soil studies required with grade elevation designs. Also develop legal exhibits with survey data and basis of bearings expressed with legal descriptions.

·   Also assisting the GIS department on ongoing projects.

Inland Empire Utility Agency - Chino, CA      01/7/2013 - 01/13/15

CAD Drafter/Designer

·   Designed and drafted construction drawings, and administered related documents for an Engineering team at IEUA within the Recycled water and water reclamation environment involving maintenance, capital improvements, new expansions, sewer water treatment, sewer systems, SWPPP, and WQMP for their 7 facilities in Southern California.

·   Developed grading and site drainage designs in land development, including catch basins, culverts, concrete channels and ditches, water flow, soil calculations, topographical surveys, surface models, and surface profiles.
