Assembled valves, installed specified springs, buttons, valve plates and rings, torqued and tested valves, labeled, sealed and boxed and took to shipping area. Assembled packing cases, installed specified packing and o-rings during reassembly. Did preassembly inspection on packing cases, noted measurements on inspection reports. Use of Mahr Pocket Surf for checking surface roughness during hand finishing of piston rods. Operated Supfina stone piston rod polisher /lathe attachment and diamond hand pads during piston rod polishing.

Assisted with cylinder lining operation from nitrogen freeze barrel. Assisted with checking piston run-out, ring and rider clearance, and washing and blasting as needed.
