and relocation of wet and dry utilities, sidewalk replacement and accessible ramp details.); Hoag Hospital-Newport Beach, CA (Construction documents for the complete reconstruction of the main hospital building entry improvements including the access drive and patient drop-off, widening of the west vehicle access bridge to the top deck of the parking structure and fire line and dry utility relocation.  This set of plans was done in ACAD 3D.); Mission Hospital–Mission Viejo, CA (Construction documents for the relocation and reconstruction of the hospital entry road and parking lots to support construction of the Heart and Vascular Institute tower building addition and Linear Accelerator Bldg.  Plans included mapping and removal/ relocation of a vast number of wet and dry utilities while still maintaining full Hospital functions including access.) as well as residential projects: Plaza One Apartments-Irvine, CA ; Walnut Village-Anaheim, CA (senior apartments and cottages with medical facilities, underground parking structure); Iron Horse-Colton (San Bernardino Co.-Tentative Map for 185 single family lots with detention basin, water tank and park sites) ; Live Oak Ranch (previously known as Triangle Ranch, located south of Agoura Hills, on both sides of Kanan Rd. and Medea Creek - Extensive grading studies for 60-80 single family lots with environmental and ecological exhibits  for sensitive plants).
