              Adele Drafter (Gas Mapping)

              This was a contract assignment where, using Adele, I-Connect and Auto CAD to map gas mains, valves, connections and tees, with               services and meters, including pertenant material data, by utilizing field gas cards, as-built drawings and static maps.

              Senior Civil Drafter

              I assisted the project engineer by creating precise civil plan sets, including Grading, Site, Utilities, Paving and               Erosion Control Plans.  I also provided Topographic Earthwork Cut & Fill calculations for the projects.  Occasional               field work to acquire measurement location and photos of site was required.  The projects I was involved in were               mostly school facilities, new construction, remodeling and upgrades or improvements to sidewalks and parking lots,               drainage systems and emergency vehicle access roads. 

              OPSC Cost Estimator

              I provided cost estimates for the school projects  for the Civil work.  I used the Sailors manual, contacted contractors               and engineers, in an effort to afford the school the maximum reimbursement from the Office of Public Schools               Construction department.

              Senior/Chief Drafter

              I assisted two Engineers in their new business by setting up the drafting department with workload scheduling, in-              house drafting standards, in-house plan checking and coordination between drafting/graphics department and               engineering services.   I was responsible for setting up all civil plan sets.  The projects for this company were single               lot residential projects, monument and utilities locations and several lot ling adjustments.

              Construction staking and surveying

              I was chain-man for existing topo, monument location, Alta Surveys, Lot Line Adjustments and utilities location.  I               operated the TopoCon for construction staking and grade setting.
