College Instructor       ITT Technical Institute School of Drafting & Design , San Dimas, CA  (April 1996 to present)

Job Description: Provide class instruction using advanced technology in accordance with established course outlines. Teach courses requiring high level of mastery and expertise in architecture, engineering, project management and computer-aided design and modeling. Conduct research relevant to the subject matter taught with emphasis on architecture,   sustainable design and land use and infrastructure.  Maintain professional and ethical academic standards.

Draftsman/Estimator/Designer  Ricardo Valencia & Associates – West Covina, CA (1989-1995)

Operated computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment and conventional drafting to produce designs, design development drawings, charts, forms and records. Work includes preparation of schematic studies necessary for the design development phase; designed residential and semi-commercial structures; assisted and prepared estimates, drawings and specifications; met with governmental agencies to facilitate application and issuance of building permits; prepared bidding documents and assisted in preparation of proposals.
