Entry Level Drafter

·         Sending and receiving emails for all Project Managers (4) to and from Customers.

·         Printing, checking and filing of contract documents (I.E. Emails, sketches, Bid documents, Bid design, RFI’s, ASI’s (updated design), Shop drawings 8.5x11 to 24x36).

·         Correcting/detailing steel members.

·         Preparing packages to be sent to the customer by creating transmittals, putting together the drawings per transmittal in appropriate format and sending the package to the appropriate customer/recipient.

·         Maintaining electronic equipment (Scanners, printers, and computers).

·         Upgrading/updating computer software, Installing and configuring programs, network connections, backup systems, and NAS system.
