Application upgrades: Several upgrade projects
utilizing both upgrade and reimplementation methodologies for (ex. Oracle EBS
from 10.7, 11.0.2, 11.5.10.1, and 11.5.10.2) all within an international
business model with multiple organizations and Sets of Books.
Application consolidations: Consolidation
projects involving 4 Oracle/ERP environments and several other ERP and
financial systems, in addition to 5 CRM environments, and numerous ancillary
applications and technical environments.
Mergers and acquisition: Multiple merger and
acquisition activities ranging in effort and complexity from moderate to
significant.
Application implementations: Numerous ‘clean’
implementations, re-implementation, upgrades, and migrations of application
environments…including Oracle EBS, AMDOCS, Siebel, Primus, Vertex,
