with successful software production experience. Singlehandedly built custom
framework for internal ERP system and led a team of developers in continuous
improvements and new applications. Led and executed projects through the full
life cycle; from collection of requirements to the implementation and
deployment of the project. As an involved programmer I believe it is

product, and as such I have learned various aspects of business including
finance and accounting, business development, human resources and business
solutions for internal project managers. SKILLS: Internet technology, database design and manipulation,
creating server and client-side applications, software design, development
and testing. Object-oriented programming and design, computational problems,
systems integration, software project management, teaching. SOFTWARE:
WORK HISTORY: Sep 2014 – March 2016 Achieve3000 Developer Responsible for the design and development
of the integration of Interlink, a LAMP-based internal information system,
with Salesforce. Wrote APEX classes and triggers to support
data transfer from Salesforce into staging area by Outbound messages.
Challenge was in delivering not just the data from the main object, but
additional set of fields from related objects at the same time, after
applying conditions to determine what records should be transferred. Designed
data architecture for a staging database for intermediate data storage (in
MySQL). Designed and developed bidirectional data transfer between the
staging database and Salesforce, executed in real time or by “delta” approach
used pick only records recently modified. Used ETL tools: Informatica at
first, later switched to Jitterbit. Set up operations and wrote scripts in
Jitterbit to execute data transfer and ensure reports with failures or
warning would be delivered to admin. Designed and developed PHP scripts
(using OOP) to process data from the staging database into the very complex
data structure of Interlink. Definitions for transformation for each object
and field had been set up in transfer rules stored and managed in MySQL,
which allowed to support the expansion of additional fields, validation
rules, restrictions, limits, and adding new objects without modifying
software. Designed and developed a set of monitoring tools to ensure clear
and 100% guaranteed data transfer in both directions, including checking
internal data consistency in Interlink (PHP) and weekly confirmation of full
data delivery (by Jitterbit) with customized reports sent to the
administrator. Developed additional custom functionality in
Salesforce using APEX, VisualForce pages and controllers. Built additional
functionality in Interlink (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript). Feb 2005 – Sep 2014 Berger Group Holdings (The Louis
Berger Group, Inc) From Web Developer to Manager of Software
Development Department Primary responsibility is design,
development and management of InfoDot Information System – centralized and
consistent company’s data resource available online with user friendly
interface and guaranteed security level of access. System provides fast,
reliable and deep customized information management solutions to about 2000
Berger employees worldwide. Through contact with staff and study of
Berger internal procedures, developed highly customized and flexible
solutions to complex problems. System designed as a set of highly integrated
modules covering all aspects of the company’s functions and customs, has
different segments of data connected and easily referenced between
applications, has copy of full accounting data set available for reporting
from different points of view. Most important components include: Financial
reports, Accounting reports, Personnel Management System (HR), Resume,
Projects Management, Field Cash Reporting System, Contracts Management,
Statement of Experience, Proposals System, Archives, Company Intranet. System provides constant, bidirectional
interface with other Berger systems (Advantage, Unanet, KnowledgeWire, ADP);
implements workflows for management approvals of proposal efforts, revenue
recognition, salary reviews and many other functions based on large scale
corporate hierarchy. Systems uses integrated security in conjunction with
Active Directory, provides granular access (security based on function and
content). InfoDot is built on a custom framework. It
designed to allow easily fill new system requirements and increase
functionality. Written on Object Oriented PHP framework components are
individually tuned and customized to company’s data sets. These components
are: Form Builder, Unified Search Engine and LookUp Tool (includes search by
Keywords, advanced search, saved searches), Report Builder, Collections, Export
to Template (MS Word, PDF, CSV), File Converter (reading and processing
electronic vendor invoices), automatic email notifications, external data
feed (from MS SQL, CSV files, custom proprietary formats). Environment: Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL,
JavaScript, CSS Managing team of 7 – programmers, tech
writer, data manager. Nov 2012 – Aug 2014 Led data conversion effort from multiple
legacy data sources into Costpoint (new ERP system) for US and European
companies. Actively participated in design, requirements and data mapping
meetings. Built cross-walks from legacy data in Costpoint tables, and online
tools to maintain them. Successfully executed data transfer by very ambitious
and challenging deadline. Feb 2003 – Feb 2005 School Plus, Inc. Web Developer
