Oversee multiple T-Mobile site build projects (Modernization, L1900 & L2100) at once and was responsible for supervising the staff at each site ensuring that all projects are completed on agreed schedules and that standards of quality were met. Provide construction management for installation of new cell sites and modification of existing sites. Monitor status of site walks, material delivery, and identify/report challenges to market project/program management. I also managed & demonstrated the ability to think critically through a process, anticipate challenges, and prepare solutions in advance.

·  Document review & interpretation of RFDS, Structural Analysis, SOP, MOP, Permits and Construction specifications & Drawings.

·  Fiber Optic Testing and Documentation for OSP & ISP.

The Head MCA QA for all Fiber Optics cable placement installed for The Range Modifications Projects on Ft. Benning Army Base.
