Program Director Capital Programs (Broadband, TV and Value Added Services)

·       Program Director for Broadband (FTTH/FTTP, WiMax, xDSL, and Transmision) projects in the Caribbean. ($120M USD) Portfolio of programs, leading a team of seven senior project managers and matrix team of 30-50 people .

·       Develop and deploy FTTH/FTTP products in Cayman, Jamaica, and Barbados including strategy development, business case planning, project scheduling, vendor selection, manage outside plant contractors, network build, and implement sales/marketing plans to meet business unit KPIs.
