core construction team in OSP methods and procedures, including the
deployment and installation of several international AT&T projects
including, Egypt (existing network, repair and restoration manager), Guatemala
and Ecuador, provided training to host country national telecom
engineers, in the use of Micro Systems MS-100 field interface test and
records verification system and DaVar test and record verification system. Saudi
Arabia, performed fiber route surveys for scheduled AT&T TEP-6
fiber expansion project throughout the Kingdom. Manila, Philippines
performed as outside plant construction and splicing manager, building entire

facilitate a well, organized end result. Set up of splice openings and tip
cable splicing counts due to Mexican 10 pair configuration cable being spliced

Hugo storm restoration in the U.S. Virgin Islands for VITELCO.
Responsibilities included dispatching cable repair technicians to priority
