o         Main responsibilities will include implementing mass parameter changes in the radio network, BSS configurations, maintenance, validation, datafill, implementation, and BTS/BSC rehoming /configuration & site expansions.

o         Technical Site Surveys, Notice To Proceed and ERF documentation procurements and verifications.

o         Review RF requirements based on the VCF (Voice Channel Forecasting) tool against existing equipment to determine the actual required hardware including, Power Supply units, BB2E/BB2F’s, Wide band combiners and multi-couplers, duplexers and boosters (TMAs).

o         Managed a core group of 16 installers/integrators/commissioners for the Carolinas market while maintaining a balance of constant daily communication between field techs and the customer.
