Manage the company-wide technical and business operations within Haiti, after having been recruited due to a
successful assignment providing managed services to a startup project for Infratech in Ghana. Maintain
accountability and oversight for all project financial and technical key performance indicators.
§ Performed annual budgetary planning with approximately $6M USD and closely monitored financial
performance.
§ Generated monthly financial and technical reports, to include financial reports detailing $500K USD in
operations and project revenue and expenses.
