addition to the former responsibilities as Outside Plant Engineering and
Construction Manager, additional responsibilities now include: ·
Supervision, planning, and scheduling of Residential
Installation and Repair and Business Communications technicians. ·
Responsible for development and implementation of ongoing
process improvement to improve quality, quantity and system integrity for the
Installation & Repair Groups. ·
Responsible for supervision and project management of
Alteva Hosted VOIP installations and repairs in ILEC and local CLEC
territories. ·
Responsible for proactively identifying and scheduling the
rehabilitation of Installation and Repair defects to reduce the Installation
