Job Responsibilities:

 

·   Create and review basic deployment packages including production network MOPs, rack face elevations (RFEs), path/circuit maps, and associated bill of materials.

·   Expertly troubleshoot and isolate any physical or logical issues that may arise during deployment activities including familiarity with test equipment (e.g. PWM, OTDR etc.).

·   Review and approve all MDU, SMB and Institution designs to ensure all Client ISP and OSP specifications are being met.

·   Create, coordinate and manage all labor and material GPON’s with Client Supply Chain. Perform value and cost engineering for all designs.

·   Manage the data entry and coordination between Client OSP FMS team and Contractors for as-built.

·   Design, provision, document of Fiber Optic Cable (UG, Aerial, Buried) and manhole and conduit design.

·   Completes designs in accordance to customer specifications and guidelines.

·   Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

·   Review Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network designs for quality of the design decisions, using multiple GIS applications, including AutoCAD and other GIS products.
