11.5 years in the Tekelec product line environment was involved in the original AT&T switch install in Charlotte NC, and have worked in numerous telecom markets. Install SRX-00/-01 Tap bracket with (4) 10G Net Optics line taps, (8) LC – SC 50 micron duplex multi-mode fibers, (16) LC – LC 50 micron duplex multi-mode fiber, (8) SC – SC 50 micron duplex Multi-mode fiber, all cabling Brady labeled on both ends using flag labels on optical fiber, test all fibers using a Fluke Cable Analyzer and provide VzW with the results in job completion package.

 

01/15/2013 – 01/28/2013 – Sprint/Ericsson San Diego Ca. Install, test, label Juniper MX480 routers, LC to LC, interconnect and LC/SC fibers from routers to customer network. Test fibers end to end, test OOB and light levels. Daily reports to PM and customer. Work with Sprint engineers to verify tests, fiber ports, walk thru and sign off of Juniper installation.

 

04/12/2012-12/31/2012 – Dallas TX, Install, configure Cisco data switches, migration and provisioning. Fiber and inner bay cabling of Cisco ONS 1554, ST-40 optical networks, fiber characterization using JDSU 8000. Scope fibers 1310/1550/1625/1650nm for defects, contamination, chips, pits, scratches relative to the fiber core. Inspect, clean both male patch cord and female bulkhead connectors. Test range of OTDR Bi-directional modules for multimode and single mode that are passive optical networks optimized for insertion loss. Certify fiber physical layer on FTTx/PON, Access, Metro and Enterprise networks with analysis of end face conditions and instantaneous PASS/FAIL results. Test multimode and single – port LED source for power and loss measurement. Mount M-6 chassis, install, ECU, LCD, DC power units, run, dress, terminate power to fuse panel, grounds to chassis and customer ground bar. Run fiber jumpers to SFP modules and chassis data cards. All work performed for Time Warner, RCN Boston and Verizon. Daily status reports / Webex meetings with Project Managers and Optical installation teams.

05/09/09 - 05/22/09 - Cingular/AT&T WIRELESS 2 site FAP SWAP; Sacramento CA, Houston TX. Run health check of system, compare end health check in comparison.  Fuse alarm panel upgrades, using PCF (portable control frame) simulated power to conform to existing amperage of live system to exchange 12 old fuse alarm panels to 12 new fuse alarm panels, run, dress, label new power leads to BDFB. Zero drop links or interruptions. Complete test results on capture file with daily reports to project manager.

 

04/08/09 - 04/26/09 - T-Mobile 2 site project; San Francisco, Long Beach CA.  Lead Tester. Perform day to day duties of lead tech. Monitor trouble ticket system and CSR tickets. These duties include replacing database cards, fuses, IMT cable causing errors. Test head to head with the switch on new T-1’s and faulty T-1’s for Tekelec LSMS and G-flex. Sweep RF lines with Anritzu sweep gear, Perform system health checks and capture files for ITAC engineers. Complete monthly PM’s and performed Asset Audits on site equipment.
