Designed OSP relief jobs where facilities, aerial underground and direct buried, were in need of reinforcement for continued quality service to the customer. ., Completed site surveys, built the SOW, MOP,BOM, and priced  in Designing  BIC and AQCB jobs meet with customer POC to determine bldg requirements for the installation

Completed inspections of FTTN and FTTP construction jobs, ie; VRADS, x-boxes, grounding, splicing and inspected work performed on the F-2 conditioning jobs and ensured this as per AT&T OSP standards.

Reviewed and coordinated requests for outside plant facilities necessary to support telecommunications systems for both regulated and non-regulated divisions of the company and developed solutions which impacted both multiple departments and large budget expenditures.

Effectively provided expertise in an array of diverse capacities for a sizeable telecommunications firm and delivered superior leadership, direction and supervision to other engineering and technical personnel.

Designed Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) commercialized communications systems to replace the Tactical, building to the I3MP standard, for the United States Army, PM P2E (PM Power Projection Enablers), in South West Asia (SWA). Provided complete engineering solutions by providing high level detail designs of both Copper and Fiber Optic facilities.

· Provide support to the, Power Projection Enablers- South West Asia (PM P2E-SWA)

of the 335th in numerous Army camps in the bases of Kabul, Bagram and Kandahar, AFG.

· Planned and Designed Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) commercial communications systems, to the I3MP standard, for the United States Army.

· Provided complete engineering solutions by providing high level detail designs and dwgs of both Copper and Fiber Optic cables, and all associated infrastructures, strategically placing ILA’s, Maintenance and Hand holes, Conduit duct structure, and facilities in accordance with the required Installation,

· 2012 successful with 6 projects, $6m to $23m

· Development of Statement of Work (SOW), Engineering Design Plans (EDP), List of Materials LOM, engineering drawings, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costing for Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) commercialization projects.
