Duties were transformation of non-AutoCAD files to AutoCAD readable formats. Some physical objects needed to be converted with exact measurements into an AutoCAD design. Once designs were uploaded to the laser machine and wooden boards had been carefully evaluated, the laser machine was then calibrated to begin the burning process. Proper calibration was required throughout the operation of the laser machine to assure exact specifications and tolerances. Once the board had been completed, it was then sent to another department to complete the process by adding steel blades on to the board.
