Extensive telecommunications background with 25+ years of service with AT&T Wireline. Specialization in OSP Planning,

Engineering & Design of various AT&T technologies in the current fast-paced and ever changing communications

industry. In depth experience in copper and fiber feeder analysis and relief to forecasted growth areas. Project

management of network overlays such as XDSL, VOIP, DLC, NGDLC, FTTN, FTTB (Ethernet services) and FTTCS.

Assignments have included Loop Electronics Coordinator, Engineering Design Supervisor, LROPP, and Project Manager

for short term contract employees on an as-needed basis to relieve heavy workloads. Duties have included extensive

training, quality review, and administration of time-reporting and invoice processing for contractors as well as training of

Responsible for creating, budgeting, and issuing Planning Packages for Design Engineering to provide backbone fiberoptic

facilities from the Central Office.

  · Responsibilities include studying specific fiber feeder routes to existing and forecasted customer locations as

required by impact growth and the implementation of network overlays. Determination, timing, and costing of

required fiber placement. Creation of Fiber Allocations Areas and Fiber Distribution Areas as verified through

route study. Creation of Planning Packages to time and cost when required, to add Central Office fiber facility

locations to accommodate fiber terminations. Creation of Planning Packages to verify, time and cost projects to

ensure a viable path for fiber placement as required. Projects are studied in various locations throughout the

continental United States.

Served as Floor Warden to ensure that all employees deploy safety mandates when evacuation of the floor is necessary in

the event of an emergency.

Currently serving in a voluntary role for the past 6 years on the HOA in my community, having been elected as President

Currently serving in a voluntary role to deliver food donated from local supermarkets to the East Haven Food Pantry on a

weekly basis and to deliver food for the volunteers who create meals for the local shelters in the area on a quarterly basis.
