Managers and Technicians to monitor and manage completion of work and improve overall
performance. Managing CenturyLink Technicians and LEC Technicians across Southern
Wyoming. Staying engaged with all projects including FTTN, FTTT, CDFS, GPON, and held
orders. Participate in the process of negotiating and/or bidding of projects with vendors and
contractors for the construction of plant facilities. Coordinate with engineering and installation
teams to schedule construction Network facilities, as well as resolve any issues with engineering
design. Supervise the development and maintenance of construction costs to provide the basis
for engineering estimates and contract awards Provide activity completion dates and revised
schedules to engineering and regional personnel. Supervise construction activities and
installation activities to provide efficient operations and quality service in a timely manner.
Provide supervision and guidance to contractors and technicians on designs. Ensure CenturyLink
practices are communicated and adhered to. Coordinate and inspect completed projects for
compliance with contract requirements. Verify and approve C.U.P. sheets for comparison to
invoicing and to insure the timely and accurate payment of contract invoices. Inspection of OSP
job orders completed for quality workmanship along with final review on all major contracts to
ensure quality of all construction as stated under RUS and Telephone practices. Review material
orders for jobs to ensure material availability. Assist in acceptance testing of OSP projects to
ensure all information is gathered for preparation of “as built” drawings. Coordinate to schedule
maintenance windows, equipment upgrades, and trunk and span turnup. Stay abreast of industry
issues and technologies and actively participate in state and local industry forums. Computer
skills including Fireworks, Bidmaster, JDS, WFMT, Outlook, Windows, and other company
specific databases. Knowledge of contract policies and procedures as well as Construction
Certification programs and safety requirements.

blueprint, outside plant, and plat drawings. Forecasting for labor and equipment used on
engineering jobs. Working with installation and maintenance of telephone circuits for residential
and business services. Placing and re-routing cable in business and residential environments.
Working with Engineers to resolve held orders and customer complaints. Working with asbuilts.
If changes, updating information with Engineers. Mentoring employees by coaching
