example; assigned to a failing $15,000,000.00 EMC2 Network
Billing system project that was behind schedule and infused with
technical (hardware/software) issues. My over site of the process
encompassed; identifying and correcting major system discrepancies and
compatibility issues, creating a customer & vendor cohesive work environment,
correcting the sequence of events process & creating a detailed project
plan, managing the build, testing, implementation & commissioning. These

required to previous billing vendor for extended support, lawsuit
dissolution between customer and vendor, to include remaining under

Hardware/Software example; assigned to manage the
installation & implementation of the Cisco Catalyst 8500 Backbone network
upgrade for California, which had been experiencing failures throughout its
nationwide roll-out. My over site of the process encompassed;
identifying major system discrepancies plaguing past installations, selecting
the proper service & installation vendors, SLA/contract creation,
managing, planning & scheduling engineers, vendors, contractors and
personnel for hardware/software installations &activations.
Managing and scheduling the testing of each system entity, managing
circuit/transport facility Hot-cuts and ultimately planning the activation of
the backbone upgrade. These actions resulted in the flawless activation
of the new Cisco backbone network for California, new major customer
acquisitions such as the DOJ and a 25% savings of circuit/transport
costs, because of the audits I perform when upgrading a network. New Technology
example; assigned to project/program manage the
implementation of a ShoreTel and Avaya “VoIP” communication network, for a
CLEC and private corporation, both systems were behind schedule and in

correcting major discrepancies, redesigning the sequence of events, creating

example; assigned to project manage the construction,
connectivity and commissioning of two Central Office facilities in Nextango
