Worked closely with Product Management and Continuation Engineering to customize solution for large accounts and help
developed new installation kits for AT&T and Verizon. Also, acted as liaison between VARs, Distributors, Installers, Account Managers and
Product Managers in certifying TrueNet® Warranty Requests for our Enterprise copper and fiber solutions

Converted, installed and decommissioned LAN, WAN and VPN networks and systems. Train users on a variety of software packages; both
