I have been working in the Telecommunications Industry for the last 14 years and have earned multiple certifications and managed large projects including Microsoft Data Centers across the United States. I have served in various roles from Technical Recruiter, Network Engineer to Technical Supervisor and IT Specialist. I posses a vast knowledge in delivery, installation, networking and trouble shooting voice, video, data, wireless and cellular working with Fiber Optics, Data Cabling, Cat 5e /6 .  I attended Texas A&M for Outside Plant Telecommunications Certification. I also attended Jones National Communications Technical Institute for a Senior Master Technician Program and reached a status only 2% of students in 30 years have been able to accomplish and achieve. The training was a combined 6 year program. I have extensive training with Juniper, Cisco, Ciena, Axxera, Scientific Atlanta, Arris, Zhone, Paradyne, Comtrend, and TIVO networks. I can provide advanced help desk support and administration for LAN/WAN routing, routers, switches, servers and P.C. stations including layer 2 and 3 provisioning. Managed a work force of 16 up to 21 Technicians that installed fiber and cabling for Microsoft and Dell in the implementation of the global, Bing Search Engine. I was responsible for hiring and managing the team with daily responsibilities, operational proficiency and management with projects from San Antonio, Texas to Chicago, Illinois focusing on very strict time tables and installation practices. Cellular Backhaul Team:  Using CWDM off of active nodes using light wave to carry optical T1 traffic to and from cell towers for T Mobile. I installed jumpers in the Hub’s and Juniper Routers to achieve links and communication from tower, hub, and T Mobile LMC. I worked with contactors cutting over the nodes and splicing in fiber from CWDM to cabinet at tower and verified quality and operating specs and parameters. I tested T 1 ports with TBIRD and turn up T1 for T Mobile Traffic. I was responsible for coordinating with contractors, T Mobile employees, and testing thru Denver and New Jersey N. O C.’s. Standby for repairs, technical support, and escalations if fiber is cut or there is an issue with our equipment in the hub or at the tower within a 4 to 6 hour window. Worked with the Metro Ethernet business customers with there services we provide them voice, data, and video via fiber to customer’s equipment on site.

Supervised outside plant construction and maintenance of a 52 bed residential treatment facility ran the communications, training, and safety for this facility which is a 24 hour 7 day week ran unit.
