·               Manage the US decommissioning project between “client” and supply chain groups to include outside vendors, third-party warehouse operators, and Google Logistics Support staff ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.

·               My primary function as PM for the site survey teams was to manage 8 auditors as they gathered baseline information.

·               Document network physical inventory to create the logical links need to properly plan, manage, and maintain the network.
