In charge of Planning, Training and directing the New  / Modification construction project, AT&T / T-Mobile Small cell project, Closeout, while tracking the progress of construction operations such as arrival and utilization of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment, order BOM for cell site, SOW for project.

 

·   Reviewed all drawings to ensure that all required standards and details, including conditions of submittal and approval, are included in drawing sets as required Participated in preliminary sites.

·   Walks to insure that proposed site designs could be built within acceptable financial constraints, Create SOW and BOM for modification of cell sites.

·   Perform and / or directly oversee all activity relating to installation, fabrication or construction work, train new CM’s and inspect all cell sites for QA walk.

·   Communicate regularly and work closely with Techs, PC CM and PM to ensure overall quality and timely completion of jobs.

·   Direct CM’s , crew and individuals on sites; ensure each person is aware of SOW for the workday and the timeframe for completion; communicate and carry out quality expectations

Responsible for the financial performance, and execution for all IWS Telecom Construction Projects, collaborating closely with Senior Management, Project Management, and the Sales/Marketing Organizations.  Responsible for the construction of new cell sites, LTE project for Ericsson and Bechtel (integrations for AT&T Mobility).  In charge of all Audits and Bid walks.  Accurately projected and ensured that all assigned tasks were completed on or before projected dates.

·   Participated in preliminary site walks to insure that proposed site designs could be built within acceptable financial constraints. 

·   Actively participated in meetings with other managers, vendors, and team members to review the status of each project and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion.

·   Checked all Sweep, PIM for all coax lines and Fiber test for LTE.  Also performed all Bid walks and submitted bids to wireless communication companies.

·   In charge of Motorola project in South Korea with US Department of Defense on R56 project for Homeland

·   While working with ACI I have controlled and close each project earlier or within time line and make profit of 28% per year and saved material cost of $300K annually

It was my responsibility to service and troubleshoot Ericsson RBS 2000 Base Stations. Responsible for testing and troubleshooting T1, T3, Micro Cell and Microwave equipment.  Performed preventative maintenance on all cell sites, coordinated all Wireless Technicians and Contractors work on assigned cell sites. Followed-up and checked after work on all modifications on assigned cell sites. Significantly reduced all call drop rates for Los Angeles market. Drop call rating from 2.79 to 1.25 within first 10 months period
