·                        Responsible for all phases of outside plant telephone and cable TV placement & maintenance which included building manhole and conduit systems to company & OSHA standards.

·                        Supervise 4 supervisors and up to 60 employees including office staff, OSP laborers, equipment operators, line crews and splicers.

·                        Bidding, material selection, ordering, and coordination.

·                        Responsible for manpower procurement and assignments, OSHA approved underground and   aerial safety instruction and compliance and timely expedient completion of work orders.

·                        Maintained and supervised maintenance on all types of telephone heavy equipment including digging trucks, vehicles used for placing poles and/or heavy fixtures, Telstas, vehicles used for aerial construction applications, placing trucks, vehicles used for placing cable and/or fiber in underground conduit applications.
