Designed fiber and
copper feeder route relief for voice and data (RID, HiCap, TIRKS),
subscriber distribution areas (SAC), building cable systems, sonet rings,
manhole and conduit systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Developed and wrote construction estimates.
· Tracked project budgets.
· Long range planning.
· Created computer assisted work prints.
· Expedited delayed service orders.
· Operated utility locating equipment.
Accomplishments:
· Designed prints to remove temporary cables from
sidewalks by repositioning back underground as Onsite-Lead Engineer of “World
Trade Center Disaster Recovery Team”.
· Designed project creating a fiber network to
provision all Jersey City private and public schools which resulted in T-1
data service to all school locations.

Designed fiber and
copper feeder route relief, subscriber distribution areas, building cable
systems, aerial and buried subdivisions, sonet rings, manhole and conduit
systems for various telecom companies. Followed established practices.
Accomplishments:
· Designed conduit system, feeder routes and
distribution areas for part of Esphahan, Iran resulting in telephone service
where there was none before.
· Designed fiber network to serve radar installations
on Hickam Air force Base, Hawaii resulting in a robust clear transmission.
· Designed architecture to represent a typical fiber
to the premises (FTTP) system to serve single family homes and multiple
dwelling units (MDU/MTU) for company seeking a patent for an Optical Network
Unit (ONU). This is for new construction (greenfield) and existing buildings.
