Senior Telecommunications Project Manager - I manage telecommunication civil construction projects in

accordance with Florida State statutes. I coordinate with government agencies to manage the relocation of

telecommunications facilities involved with road and bridge improvement projects. I negotiate relocation

requirements, obtain permits, attend progress meetings, meet project milestones and produce scaled construction

drawings. Manage contract engineers. I also help manage the annual telecommunication construction budget for

the state of Florida.

SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER OSP - I was responsible for provisioning and engineering network facilities to

meet customer demand as well as making upgrades to maintain the wireline network. This included all structures,

cable (copper & fiber) and associated equipment for aerial, underground, buried, Pair Gain, and DLC systems. My

responsibilities included procurement of right-of-way permits and development of least cost provisioning solutions.

SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER OSP –

I was responsible for an area from the Great Lakes to the Pennsylvania border. I provided technical assistance to

network operations and provisioned new services. In 1999 I was the Lead Telecommunications Engineer for

Woodstock '99 in Rome New York and a nominee for Employee Excellence of the Year Award in 2000. In

September 2001 I was assigned to the 140 West St restoration task force in Manhattan which was damaged by the

9/11 World Trade Center disaster. I was one of the first engineers called to the emergency task force assignment

and remained in Manhattan for several months until all Verizon customers were back in service including the

financial district on Wall St. and the many large businesses and residents of lower Manhattan. In April 2004 I

volunteered for temporary special assignment duties for the FTTP project in White Plains New York. I worked full

time on the project for 7 months from April 2004 until October 2004. I was involved in all aspects of FTTP OSP

design.
