ü Exceeded strict FCC requirements while under-spending by 6.6% - a savings of over $9M from a $136M capex budget

ü Reviewed and approved 1,567 network deployments from 2012 through 2014

ü Deliver monthly capital spend projections and progress updates to FTR senior leadership

ü Currently directing CAF Phase II vetting and program launch for $284M annual FCC funding for 6 years ($1.7B)
