·          Instituted the Immigration and Background screening process requirement for all Outside Plant Service Providers

·          Leveraged global requirements with Verizon partner, Vodafone, achieved product standardization and savings of $50M

·          Led NYNEX’s Sourcing Process and Implemented Contracts for Local Number Portability, leading to the introduction of new Suppliers and $100 Million reduction in cost.

·          Negotiated Agreements on Network Elements, Operational Support Systems, and Services, for the Verizon (née Bell Atlantic) Long Distance Network, valued at $500 M
