responsibilities are:
§ Network Remediation, Replace File
& Print to Netapp or Ctera devices and NetBackup for win2k Servers,
Switches and Routers at over 250 locations Worldwide in the following
regions:

& PP with touch points in Purchasing, WM, and FI/CO.

3.0, 4.5B, 4.6C with configuration in 4.5B and 4.6C

Internet) remediation efforts across regions are executed based on my plan
Primary Tasks and
Responsibilities:
§ Approach & Project Planning
Development and managing the project plan, including work breakdown
schedule, resource assignment, utilization, base-lining and cost
management. Developed a project approach including a high-level work plan
that addressed all scope areas, schedule and budget that ties back to
business case and overall project objectives.
§ Addressed Resource Management in
all aspects of resource management within the project. Including managing
client personnel, additional consultants, contractors and Slalom staff.
Also includes capacity management, utilization, and team development /
management.
§ Scope Management Defining and
managing the parameters within which the project operates defining all the
domains of change. Working across stakeholder groups to negotiate, define
and document scope. Managing project scope change request process.
§ Created Business Case and Managed
Developing business cases and cost benefit analysis, created detailed
project budgets and managed project financials within agreed upon
tolerances.
§ Managed Project Quality Assurance,
for both the product (e.g., defect management) and of the project (e.g.,
health metrics). Included navigating a project/product management life
cycles quality reviews, gathered expectations on quality, managed business
reviews, approvals and final signoffs.
§ Coordinated the efforts of Project
Implementation Management within the project across workstreams. Ensuring
projects are ready for implementation (e.g., user implementation, org.
change, training), including operational turn-over. Addressed business
process workflow changes.
§ Communications Management
Addressing communication and organizational change management for both
project team members and all affected stakeholders. Gathering and formally
documenting stakeholder expectations. Includes status meetings and reports,
as well as the communications plan and customer acceptance strategy.
§ Issue/Risk Management Identifying,
tracking, and reporting of risks and issues in the overall structure of
managing projects budget, schedule, quality, and scope. Includes the
processes, tools and methods for efficiently gathering, assessing and
communicating issues and risks to project stakeholders. Lead Project
Manager in charge of planning and managing the successful delivery Windows
2000 Server Remediation program. This senior resource needs to be
comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, familiar with governing
disruptive technologies, managing multiple vendors, and communicating to
both business and technology resources.

Exchange 2010 Upgrade/Migration – North America, EMEA, ASAC & LA
Project Manager in
charge of $27.8M worldwide upgrade of Exchange 2003 to 2010. This
project embraced multiple levels of expertise such as Project Planning, Resource
Management, Budget Preservation, Infrastructure Coordination, Application
Development, Compliance Adherence and Document Management in a commercial
and international capacity.

§ Migration of Exchange 2010
environment into 6 Data Centers and 30 remote locations in 4 worldwide
regions (NA, EMEA, ASPAC & LA)
§ Migration of over 210K user
mailboxes as part of the project.
§ Create detailed planning,
procedures, and training documentation
§ Facilitated the plan to provide
infrastructure to over 32 locations worldwide.
§ Facilitated the plan to load
software/applications to Exchange related hardware in 32 locations
worldwide.
§ Facilitated the plan to provide
the Migratory Schedule based on Region

§ Successfully completed the Pilot
Project of 80,000 mailboxes 2 months ahead of schedule
§ Migrated and thoroughly documented
the procedures to migrate from various environments to the latest version
of Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows.
§ Facilitated the creation of Work
Instructions and Guides as they related to Exchange including Data Domain,
VMWare, Hyper-V, BlackBerry, iPhone, ActiveSync, Riverbed, F5, Kemp, SCOM
and other enterprise technologies
§ Facilitated the creation of
scripts to automate the process of executing inter-org migrations to
Exchange 2010
§ Currently undergoing the remaining
150K mailbox migrations ahead of schedule and under budget
