IBM/Maumee, OH: Performed on-site repair at business and residential customer locations.  Contacted the customer to arrange an ETA for service; ordered parts; troubleshot and completed the call; submitted quality service activity reports via radio controlled device; and maintained a parts inventory for high demand usage.  High availability accounts required 24/7 on call coverage.  Software setup and configuration was necessary on special projects such as:  upgrades, moves, and full equipment installs or removals.
