INSPECTIONS/ ENGINEERING/ FIELDER

Performed duties ranging from minor to increasingly difficult. Completed site walks in an effort to survey MPOE equipment in order to update AT&T records regarding new equipment for business systems. Problem solving, maintained fielding’s and drawings for JPA and Ocalc, JPA & GO95 jobs; personally oversaw and ensured the completion of assigned projects ensuring that timelines were met.

 

VERIZON2008 – 2012

ISP/OSP ENGINEER & SITE ACQUISITION MANAGER

Tasks included monitoring and completion of assigned engineering projects off-site for the Verizon organization. Drafted hub designs, initiated FIOS redline drawings for MDU’s, MTU’s DOR’s BAU’s and cell sites. Personally engineered NOOF projects FTTP QC and W.O. Release. Further, created, released and maintained JPA F48 projects, IV APP, AAIS updates and PAR/ER SME’s. Prepared proposals for external plant projects permit paperwork for completion of builds; performed site walks as well as price cost documentation for work orders. Acted and operated as lead engineer for Verizon Business 405 freeway expansion project.

 

AT&T2006 – 2008

CELL SITE, OSP & SPOC ENGINEER/ INSPECTOR

Generated and completed the designs of cell and microwave sites. Verified and completed the billing process while simultaneously inspecting and monitoring the completion of the build. Performed test and turn-up for fiver and copper cell sites. Utilized personal knowledge of with support of AT&T database and equipment in order to build sites, to include but not limited to: Ericson, ALU RF, LTE, RF, GSM and NIU’s.

Solely responsible for safety and technology project with Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Oversaw personnel performance, prepared work schedules for electricians, carpenters, and communication technicians from inception to completion of project. Successfully interpreted blue prints, completion of pertinent office paperwork while simultaneously performed fiber and copper technician duties as needed. Performed the following test protocols in order to ensure proper functioning of worked completed: Megar, Fluke and OTDR. In addition, fiber termination (multi-single and ribbon) fusion splice, electrical, test on transformers and electrical panels.
