Responsible for the assignment and delivery of all OSP projects, quality checking the designs of other engineers for accurate information and pricing in compliance with Verizon standards, for providing on site technical support of Verizon systems and programs, and the design of all high bandwidth circuits.

 

Sr. Transmission Engineer / OSP QA, Kenton Group - Sycamore, IL              2010 - 2011

Responsible for ensuring the proper fielding, ordering, and placement of new central office equipment for Frontier’s BBE (broadband expansion) project. This involved coordinating a multi-state survey team and mining Frontier computer systems for information that was not available in the field. Also responsible for coordinating a team of drafters to post the OSP portion of remote site work orders. This involved tracking all OSP work orders, creating a quality control process, and training new associates as necessary
