Personnel Coordinator: Placing installation, repair (copper & fiber), engineering (OSP, FAC, COE Design), inspection, locating, Facility and Drafting personnel in U.S. from an extensive database for all RBOC’s, GTE, Sprint, United, AT&T and hundreds of REA firms.  Ordering of OSP tools and splicing test equipment.
Dec 1992 – Oct 1994	Brazos Bend Construction Company, Houston, TX. Owner/Estimator: Owner of utility construction firm in Texas, providing services as a sub-contractor for Southwestern Bell, GTE and REA companies in aerial and underground cable placement, conduit, fiber, and removals.  Provided splicing, installation, inspection and engineering services during storm restoration efforts.
July 1992 – Dec 1992	Kennedy Cable Construction In., Augusta, GA. Southern Bell(Master Contract) Area Manager: Manager of 5 field supervisors, 40 OSP personnel and clerical staff. Supervised 4-5 contract crews. Attended all Southern Bell scheduling meetings and quality reviews. Scheduled equipment and manpower for all buried cable operations, buried cable service wire, and pole anchor placement.  Responsible for all bids, estimates, damage claims, public relations, permits for city, state and local inspectors.

 

Jan 1981 – July 1992	Brazos Bend Construction, Rosenberg, TX. Owner/Estimator: Involved in aerial and underground cable placement and removal.  Provided inspection, engineering, repair, locating and splicing services to several large contractors with RBOC’s, GTE and REA contracts, and during hurricane restoration efforts.
June 1973 – Dec 1981	Southwestern Bell, Houston, TX. OSP Manager (Construction & Splicing), OSP Engineer, Scheduling Engineer, Inspector, Splicer, and Lineman: Supervised 12-26, SBC personnel in all aspects of splicing, repair, installation , and construction, supervised contract crews, & fleet maintenance.
