Description: Common Topology Interface (CTI) is the topology component of AT&T’s Performance Management System called PMOSS Compass. CTI is a next generation topology tool, which is supported by all PMOSS applications by processing all router configuration files and delivering topology data to the downstream systems. CTI retrieves the topology data by performing SNMP/CLI operations on routers such as Cisco, Juniper and Redback and updates the internal database, which is stored into Data Store accessible by all downstream systems.

Responsibilities:

Description: The EMEA WHOLESALE VOIP project is about automating the VOIP circuit provisioning for the Wholesale customers in Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA).The workflow and tasking logic is implemented as multiple modules called Workflow controller (C++), AWQM (C++), Business Logic Repository (Java) and PRISM (Java). The system allows the user to define the workflow templates and tasking logic using a Web based client called UPI (Unified Provisioning Interface). The Workflow controller automates the creation of the work when a customer order comes from the ordering system based on the input from the order.

Responsibilities:

·         Implemented new requirements in Workflow controller using C++.

·         Interacted with multiple external applications and retrieved necessary information using Java web services.

IPMS collect performance data from various network devices and give it to the user and it allows the user to perform analysis on the collected data.
